We run a high quality gardening and sustainability program. One of our most recent acquisitions being a chicken coop and 5 pet chickens that provide an endless supply of eggs. Students are given responsibility over care for the chickens. We also have an extensive vegetable garden maintained by students and teachers with vegetables produced being used in conjunction with our fresh eggs for cooking classes at school. Excess vegetables and eggs are sold to the community and profits go back into the upkeep of the chickens and garden.
